Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility requirements: Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return: Contact us at rachelsniki469@gmail.com. Returns must be shipped to the designated return address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non‑returnable. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once approved, you can place a new order separately.


European Union Cooling‑Off Period

For EU customers: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above, and proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
